If you are anything like most people, you have probably been setting the same few goals every year. Lose 10 lbs., Eat better, and Go to the gym. These are great goals and definitely worth working towards. But what if you set a different goal this year? Organizing your photo collection. This is a project on almost everyone's "do-to list" but gets pushed to the bottom of the list because we don't have time, or the thought of it is just too overwhelming. It may seem stressful, but decluttering, including your photos, can be good for your mental health.
"If you're looking for an easy way to reduce stress, decluttering your environment may be a good place to start. Getting rid of excess stuff can benefit your mental health by making you feel calmer, happier, and more in control. A tidier space can make for a more relaxed mind."
