I know a secret that every parent should know…

You can help raise your child’s self-esteem! Here is the secret sauce: Display pictures of your child & your family in your home. This promotes self-esteem by showing belonging. Those with higher self-esteem feel like they belong!

Create photo books of happy memories you’ve had as a family. Photos help us remember cherished moments and happy emotions, which can help us overcome sadness, fear, and even self-doubt.

Include photos of grandparents and even great-grandparents in photo displays viewable by your children. Knowing where and who you come from can also boost self-esteem and belonging!

How will you boost your child’s self-esteem?
